This is the preproduction tasks which include recce, planner, risk assessment, concempt forms for actors and locations

Working long hours causes the body to become physically tired, which means that there is a profound lack of energy.
Keeping members on the set well-nourished and fed while filming. This enables the members to become more energetic. Also, getting some fresh air will help.
Tripping hazards

Walking around a living room which has many sofas and vases, increases the risk of tripping over an breaking and object or hurting yourself.
Remove objects which are unnecessary for the filming process which we are allowed to remove. Marking places which cannot be moved and taking extra caution
 
Hot weather

When the weather becomes really hot, there is no ventilation and can be strenuous to the crew.
Bring cooling systems for cameras and lights, keep well nourished by drinking lots of water and use a fan.
 
Crowded
 
Director, actors and camera man
Lots of people working in a small area, the area becomes very crowded.
People who are not supposed to be on set must wait outside the waiting zone, to keep the area less crowded.

As the TV studio has very dim lighting it is very hard to see when the lights are on.
Bringing extra lights to add extra lighting. Remove people who are not on set to avoid problems such as collisions.
